Bulgarian training template

At some lost place in the internet there can be found a template for Bulgarian style weightlifting training. It seems to be written by Alex Krychev who was a student of Ivan Abadzhiev (Ivan Abadjiev or whatever the spelling is). The program consists of 16 weeks for peeking for a competition at the end.
